The RN assists the Nurse Manager in responsibility for total resident care for the assigned wing or wings of residents following established facility policy and procedures, federal and state regulations and nursing standards of practice.
|Qualifications:||Qualifications: This position requires RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing. Must have current CPR certification. Preference is given to applicants with previous experience in medical, surgical or geriatric nursing. Must have a desire to work with the elderly. Must maintain confidentiality to ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations.
Position is working AM (6:30a-3:00p), every other weekend only. This will also include working a holiday rotation.
New grad starting rate of pay is 23.00/hr Associate and $23.75/hr BSN. Credit may be given for experience.
RN shift differentials include: $2.75 for PM shift and $3.00 for NOCS.
