Description:Minnesota Masonic Home North Ridge has a rich history of providing quality care to seniors since 1966. We are a specialized senior health care community. Duties:The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the overall organizing, developing and directing of Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy services in accordance with the standards and practices of each discipline, State and Federal regulations, and facility policy and procedures. Must work collaboratively with other health care professionals within and outside of the facility to achieve departmental and facility goals. The Director of Rehabilitation assures that the highest degree of quality resident care, customer service, fiscal responsibility, and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times. Ability to manage a large (55 employees), multidisciplinary team of professionals and assistants.
Qualifications:This position requires a B.A. degree or higher in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy with a current licensure to practice in the State of Minnesota. Must have current supervisory and long term care experience. Must be knowledgeable in Medicare, Medical Assistance Third Party payers and long term care regulations. Must possess excellent customer service, organizational and leadership skills.
